Browse free, sign in to belong
You can window-shop Tavvi without an account. Signing in is what makes things *yours*: orders that follow you, points that accumulate, coupons that persist, conversations that survive a new phone, reviews with your name on them. The app will ask you to Sign In exactly when it needs to, first message, first checkout, not before.
Four doors, one account
Email, phone number, or your Apple or Google account, whichever you'll still have access to in five years is the right answer. Apple and Google are the fastest (no password to invent); email and phone work everywhere. They all lead to the same kind of account, and the one rule that matters: keep using the same one. Your points and history live on the account that paid, a rewards balance built on your Google login doesn't follow you to a fresh email signup.
The Account tab, in one lap
- My Account, your profile card: name, contact info, the you that businesses see.
- My Activity, your orders, reviews, and the trail of what you've done.
- Workplace, quiet until it matters: if you work AT a business on Tavvi, this is where you join with the invitation code your boss sends ("Bring on your first team member" is their half). Joining a workplace never touches your personal side.
- Support / Legal / About, help center, the fine print, and the app version, where you'd expect them.
Addresses save themselves the first time you use one at a delivery or shipping checkout, next time it's a tap, not a form.
If something's off
- You made two accounts by accident. It happens, Apple one day, email the next. Pick the one with your history and stick to it; there's no merge, so consistency is the whole game.
- Signed in but your old orders are missing. You're in the *other* account. Sign out, come back in the door you used when you placed them.
- A business can't find your points at the counter. Same cause: the sale went to a different login than the one holding your meter. One account, forever, solves the whole category.
